Structure of Dosing Pump Series product

 

 

(1) Rotor: Can assemble advanced chrome plated steel rotor for conveying abrasive or non- lubricating medium
(2) Stator: Vulcanized tube, sealed at both ends, made of a variety of rubber, plastic and metal materials Tube vulcanization, both sides sealed, using a variety of rubber, plastic and metal materials.
(3) Mechanical seal cavity: The seamless mechanical seal is located in the fluid medium to ensure the permanent flushing of the medium to prevent the deposition of solid materials.
(4) Suction and discharge: The suction chamber and discharge body are made of SUS304.SUS316L material, which makes it easier to install and disassemble the equipment through the flange. Import and export dimensions can be changed according to customer requirements.

 

The maintenance of vulnerable parts

(1) Rotor and stator

The wear rate of the two components is related to many factors, such as the wear characteristics, rotational speed and pressure of the pumping material. When the pump performance is reduced to meet the requirements, One or both of the stator and rotor components should be replaced 
 

(2) Drive Shaft

(3) Connecting Rod Assembly
