Construction of screw dispensing valve:
The basic construction of the mono dispensing valve is a rotary positive displacement single-axis eccentric screw pump. Its core part is the externally threaded "rotor" and the internally threaded "stator", and an independent continuous sealing space called "sealing cavity" is formed in the gap between the stator and rotor.
The working principle is that the rotor rotates in the stator, creating a strong attraction to suck in a highly viscous liquid, and continuously creating a new sealing cavity that moves the liquid towards the discharge side. The liquid drawn into the sealed chamber will continue to move forward in the sealed space.

(2) Accurate and High-Precision Application and Filling
In single-shaft eccentric cavity pumps, the cross-sectional area of the sealing cavity formed by the rotor and stator is fixed at any moment, independent of the position of the rotor. The amount of discharge is also always fixed and can be dosed without pulsation. Standard precision screw valves are based on the principle of single-axis eccentric screw pumps with excellent quantitative performance, and the rotor and stator are also configured close to the needle, so that high-precision discharge can be achieved. By stabilizing the discharge volume and shape, we contribute to the improvement of product quality.
(3) Stable Application Over an Extended Period of Time
Even if the viscosity of the liquid changes, the residual amount of liquid in the barrel is reduced, and the discharge volume of Standard precision screw dispensing valves hardly changes because the rotor and stator are mechanically sucked and discharged. While downtime for adjustments made at the manufacturing site can result in lost production, Standard precision dispensing valves can continuously dispense and fill with the same precision over a long period of time, significantly reducing the number of adjustments and improving productivity.
(4) Easy and Unrestricted Control
The discharge amount of the rotor per rotation of the single-shaft eccentric cavity pump remains fixed, so the discharge per unit time is proportional to the rotor rotation speed. The same to Standard's precision screw valves, where the discharge volume can be easily set and changed simply by the rotary control of the rotor by the servo motor. By adjusting the amount of coating instantly, you can draw a line evenly following the deceleration of the robot in the turning part, and you can also solve the problem of stacking glue at the start and end points. (5) It can be spit out according to the material setting to reduce material consumption
Since Standard precision screw valves can accurately discharge the set amount through high-precision discharge volume control, the job can be completed without unnecessary coating or filling, and overcoating or overfilling can be prevented. There is no need for trimming and other work, and no waste of expensive materials, which reduces material loss and contributes to cost reduction.
(6) Metered Dispensing With Good Fluid Control
With progressing cavity pumps, suction and dispensing can be performed in the opposite direction just by reversing the rotation direction of the rotor. Standard Dispensers make use of this principle, and after dispensing the fluid just a slight reversing of the rotor causes the fluid clinging to the needle tip to be drawn inside the needle. This enables superior fluid control, allowing subsequent dispensing to be started instantaneously for shorter cycle times.
(7) No Dripping
The rotor, made of metal, is inserted into the stator, made of an elastic material, thus creating a seal line. This seal line serves the function of a valve, cutting the suction side off from the dispensing side, preventing dripping once the device is stopped. Without dirtying the workspace or jigs during processes such as filling and applying, cleaning is simplified.

The endless piston principle?
(1) The functional principle of the Standard dispenser is similar to that of an endless piston dispenser .
(2) The special conveying geometry enables continuous , pulsation - free dispensing flow . Reversing the direction of rotation ( suck - back function ) prevents dripping and leads to a controlled thread break of the material . Standard delivers high - precision and clean dispensing results .
(3) Particularly sensitive material with high viscosity and filers are treated gently due to the low shear stress and low pressures.
What can be the reason for too little or no flow of medium?
(1) Potential cause: Motor (dispenser cable) is not connected
Solution: Connect motor to eco-CONTROL unit Check all connections!
(2) Potential cause: Dosing needle is blocked, dosing needle is bent
Solution: Clean and replace the dosing needle
(3) Potential cause: Medium has hardened / cured
Solution: Clean the dispenser
(4) Potential cause: The dosing needle is too small or too long
